CARCASE A GOOD CARCASE IS THE CORE OF EVERY GOOD KITCHEN Concealed hanging adjustment fittings are barely visible, while anti-lift devices ensure safety and ease of use in daily operation. The three-dimensional adjustment guarantees perfect alignment. Plenty of creative freedom thanks to more than 20 carcase finishes with identical decor inside and out. 5 mm thick, rebated and screwed MDF back panels in the chosen finish visually enhance the carcase and ensure maximum stability. Shelf supports in the back panel provide extra strength and reduce sagging. Metal shelf supports with 3 mm holes for high load capacity with an unobtrusive, timeless design. The shelves are made of 16 mm multi-layer chipboard and the edges are coated with Water resistant PU glue. Door hinge with linear plate and three-dimensional adjustment. WOOD CORE PLYWOOD CARCASE CHIPBOARD Coarse chip middle layer Fine chip top layer WOOD CORE PLYWOOD Parallel-aligned, fully glued spruce and fir slats form the core of the board and deliver its outstanding properties. PLANNING CONCEPT WOODLINE The choice and combination of wood type, surface texture, stain colour and model creates endless variety in form and colour. Wood type The choice of wood sets the tone for the character of the front. Versions with more knots and cracks look more lively and intense. Front design Smooth veneer with horizontal or vertical grain, different grooves or solid wood frames – all available in bespoke sizes. Stain Natural or coloured stain, light or dark, or coloured lacquer – both our standard colour palettes and the option of custom colours make it possible to realise a wide variety of colour choices. Surface texture By working the wood with different tools, varying amounts of material are removed to emphasise the grain. The chosen wood type also affects the resulting look and feel. 20

LINOLEUM Linoleum for kitchen fronts combines ecological responsibility, aesthetics and functionality. This natural product consists of domestic, predominantly rapidly renewable materials such as linseed oil, resins, wood and limestone ﬂour, and natural pigments.
